Last updated: 8 October 2026
At Coin Capital Pty Ltd, we are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This Privacy Policy describes our current policies and practices in relation to the handling and use of personal information.
What information do we collect and how do we use it?
We will ask you for personal information when we assist you with your finance. Personal information may include any sensitive information (including health information) and may include any information you tell us about any vulnerability you may have. We use the information you provide to advise about and assist with your credit needs. We only provide your information to the companies with whom you choose to deal (and their representatives).
We also use your information to send you requested product information and to enable us to manage your ongoing relationship with us e.g. invoicing, client surveys etc. We may do so by mail or electronically unless you tell us that you do not wish to receive electronic communications.
We may occasionally notify you about promotions, new services and special offers, events or articles we think will be of interest to you. We may send you regular updates by email or by post. If you would rather not receive this information, email or write to us.
We may also use your information internally to help us improve our services and help resolve any problems.
Cookies and website tracking
As well as the information you give us directly, this website collects some information automatically when you visit, using cookies and similar technologies such as tracking pixels.
This information is about your device and how you use the site, not about your finances. It typically includes your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, your browser and device type, the pages you view, the links you select, how you arrived at the site, and whether you submitted an enquiry form.
We use the following third party tools on this website:
- Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing (Google tag, ID AW-18481558629), provided by Google LLC. We use it to measure how many people who select one of our advertisements go on to make an enquiry, and to show our advertisements to people who have previously visited this site.
- Meta Pixel (ID 2592938234453270), provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. We use it for the same purposes in relation to advertising on Facebook and Instagram — measuring enquiries that result from our advertisements, and building audiences for future advertising.
When these tools operate, information about your visit is sent to Google and to Meta, who process it on their own systems and under their own privacy policies. They may combine it with information they already hold about you, including information from your account with them if you have one. We do not send your name, email address, telephone number, occupation or any information about your financial circumstances to these advertising platforms.
Managing cookies and advertising
You can limit or stop this collection:
- Most web browsers allow you to block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using this website or submitting an enquiry.
- You can manage the advertising Google shows you through your Google account's ad settings.
- You can manage the advertising Meta shows you through the ad preferences section of your Facebook or Instagram account.
- You can opt out of interest-based advertising from a range of providers at youronlinechoices.com.au.
If you would prefer that this website did not record your visit at all, you are welcome to contact Ronil Shah directly by email rather than using the forms on this site.
What if you don’t provide some information to us?

Disclosures to overseas recipients
Some of the recipients to whom we disclose your personal information may be based overseas. In addition, the advertising and measurement tools described above, and the providers we use to host this website and to send us notification of your enquiry, are based in the United States, so information collected through this website may be stored and processed there.
